Refund policy

All products are custom-made based on the photo of your pet. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than quality issues.

Unless there is a quality problem, the following custom-made items are not eligible for no-reason returns:

- Felt portraits, ceramics, scarves, blankets, jewelry, and any custom-made products.

Damage or Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing your order number and photos/videos clearly showing the problem.

We will review your claim and provide a free replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

After your claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
