Personalized products are created specifically for you and typically arrive in approximately 20 calendar days from the date your order is placed. This estimate includes both production and shipping time.

Ready-to-Ship Pet & Owner Jewelry

Our ready-to-ship pet and owner jewelry does not require custom production and typically arrives in approximately 10 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

Orders Containing Different Product Types

Personalized products and ready-to-ship jewelry may be shipped separately. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to the destination, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
